Who are you hoping we pick? I know we don't know where we will be picking exactly, but I'm going to guess 7 or 8 based on our current streak of luck.

If this is the case, then I'm going to assume Cousins and Favors are gone, so Greg Monroe and Ed Davis are my two favorites if either are on the board, and I think one of them will be. I also want to say I am not hyped at all about Cole Aldrich; NBA ready or not, I just don't like picking player we HOPE can aspire to become Joel Pryzbilla. Aspiring to be a above average backup center is not my idea of a great lottery pick...

I am definitely most passionate about the second round though. If Jarvis Varnado is still on the board in the second round, I REALLY hope we pick him. Averaging 5 blocks a game in college for 2 seasons at 6 foot 9? And assuming we get Big Ben back for one season to teach him, we could see the start of something.

That's my 2 cents.

i have a feeling we're going to walk away with cole aldrich, and i really feel like that's a poor consolation for such a rotten season and a few years of poor personnel moves. 4 less wins and we're looking at a franchise player, instead we get "help right away," but shoot anyone would help this frontcourt.

draft's a day away, so fingers crossed...

Greg Monroe is a perfect fit, he's physical, but he's got an outside game too, reminds me of a young Sheed, without the extra baggage, He could produce big for us and also help us on the defensive end averaging a little under 2 bpg, as for the second round, Varnado would produce for us and would be a big help, but I personally don't believe stuckey is a point, he played SG in college and it's atarting to really show in his play, how about Sherron Collins? His junior year he had 19 pts, 3 rebs and 5 assists per game where he was the real offensive threat, put him in a place where he can be a point and he'll average 8 to 10 assists and still 12 to 15 points per game But my real dream for our second pick in the draft, however unlikely is stanley robinson, he reminds me of a quicker ben wallace with a midrange game that keeps expanding
